WAR have joined forces with some of the big names of the NI music scene to unite Derry, Belfast and a whole heap of country in between!

Each set of gigs consists of 2 legs over 2 months (Derry one month and Belfast the other). The gigs will be mirrored to give bands a chance to player higher up the bill at one of the shows. Now what you’re getting is simple, but has thus far been overlooked! The exact same line-up for both nights: 'a showcase on the road' if you will.
Some musical unity between Belfast, Derry and of course, as often as possible, a random gigging hotspot on the NI map!
A simple concept with a load of potential, to kick start a truly 'Diversely Alternative' scene!

Driven by the notion that all musicians deserve the chance at something bigger and better and that you, the audience, are starved of diverse gigs. A MASSIVE spectrum of music sits, however unfortunate, in the shadows of 'the scene', performing to nowhere near its full potential! This is our small contribution to everyone: to help show you, the paying masses, what it is that hours, weeks and possibly years of rehearsing, gigging and hard slog have created from everyone involved. Nights our wee piece of land can be proud of. A diverse showcase offering a mix of quality acts and performances that are what you and the guys and gals of the bands involved deserve!

What the NI scene needs, no, demands. Support the scene. Up Music!

Alternatively, get in contact with any of the bands playing to put your name down (Deposit will be required). Space is limited so please don't hesitate. Bus is only £15 which includes entry to the gig.
